 We begin every assignment by sitting down with you and discussing not only the research, but your organization's goals and what you hope to accomplish, so we can customize our product to your specific needs.  There is no such thing as an average or normal project.  Each client has different needs and we work to address those and go beyond your expectations.

Companies need to have a feel for their own heritage.  This could be important for a corporate anniversary, in the development of a mission statement, or to inspire your workforce.  We can provide you with a historical narrative customized for the intended audience.  These can be written for a brochure, or developed into a full length history for a book.  The history can also be developed into a Power Point or website with full use of audio and visual resources.

 Non-profit organizations may have similar needs but histories also serve to develop their message so the organization can inspire donations, or refocus their message.  Fundraising is all about the mission as well as the message, and consistency is key.  A history can remind an organization of their roots, and provide a track record to potential donors

 Museums, historical societies, and other public history groups have diverse historical needs.  There is always the fundraising aspect, but these organizations may need help creating guidebooks to sell to remind visitors of their time at a museum.  We can provide content for you and customize it for price, length, message, and marketing.  They may also be interested in a study of similar sites or museums to determine what works and what doesn’t in terms of exhibit reception and attracting visitors. 

Private individuals may be interested in determining the history of family farms, heirlooms, artwork, or even old easement and right-of-way contracts.  We can provide this information.  We can also help you begin research of your own by pointing you in the right direction, and guiding your through your past.  This information could be useful for estate and real estate transactions, developing a genealogy, or creating a family history for your next reunion.
